The General Partnership "O ODIGOS TIS AIGINAS G.P.", with Tax Identification Number (TIN) 803428221, Tax Office (DOY) KEFODE Attica, General Commercial Registry (GEMI) No. 196717109000, and registered office at 15 Pileos Street, Municipality of Aegina, Attica, Greece, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", which publishes the Shopping, Services and Tourism Directory for Aegina, hereinafter referred to as the "Aegina Guide", hereby informs you, in accordance with personal data protection legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679), in its capacity as Data Controller, that it will collect and process the following personal data:
• Full Name / Business or Trade Name
• Profession
• Address (Street and number, if available, and area)
• Telephone Number (landline or mobile, at your choice, for publication in the Directory)
exclusively for the following purpose: the free listing of the above information in the annual printed edition of the "Aegina Guide" and in its online version on the website www.aeginapages.com.

The Company will also process the following information, which will not be published, exclusively for communication with you regarding your listing:
• Full Name • Business Name • Additional Telephone Number (if applicable) • Email Address • Website (if applicable) • Tax Identification Number (AFM).

The Company further informs you that:
a) Your listing information will be published in the Directory and on the website. Apart from this, your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or to service providers acting on the Company's behalf (e.g. website hosting provider, printing company).
b) The Company implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security and protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and any other unlawful processing, to the extent reasonably possible.
c) Your data will be retained for as long as your consent remains valid. Upon withdrawal of your consent, your listing will be removed from the website and will not be included in the next edition of the Directory.

DATA PROTECTION NOTICE & CONSENT DECLARATION
• I have been informed of my right to be informed about and access the personal data listed above, and to request the correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data.
• I have been informed of my right to erasure, meaning that I may request the full or partial deletion of my personal data, provided that the conditions of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 are met.
• I have been informed of my right to restriction of processing, meaning that I may request the restriction of processing of my data in accordance with Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
• I have been informed of my right to data portability, meaning that I may request the direct transfer of my data to another data controller, where technically feasible, in accordance with Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
• I have been informed of my right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority if I believe that my personal data protection rights have been infringed (Athens, 1–3 Kifisias Avenue, P.C. 115 23, Greece, Tel. +30 210 6475600, www.dpa.gr).
• I have been informed of my right to withdraw my consent at any time by sending a written request to the Data Controller or by email to the Company's email address stated above. The processing described above will continue until I expressly withdraw my consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
• In the event of any changes to the above information, I undertake to notify the "Aegina Guide" in a timely manner.
