Tonight we are eating fish.
Crispy fillet with a pistachio crust.
Rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids and a good source of calcium.
To make the meal more festive, choose the corresponding fish.
Ingredients
- ½ Pistachios
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup flour
- 1 large egg
- 4 portions of white fish fillet
- ¼ oil
- A little dill, a little mustard
- Salt Pepper
Preparation
- Chop the peanuts, pass the breadcrumbs through a blender and put them in a large bowl. Add half a teaspoon of dill and half a teaspoon of mustard.
- In another bowl beat the egg
- Put the flour and some salt and pepper in another.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper and pass them in the order of flour, egg, peanut-breadcrumbs.
- Fry in sunflower oil or bake in a preheated oven at 200 Co for 15 minutes
- Serve with steamed spinach (slightly boiled with a clove of garlic)
