Tonight we are eating fish.
Crispy fillet with a pistachio crust.
Rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids and a good source of calcium.
To make the meal more festive, choose the corresponding fish.

Ingredients

  • ½ Pistachios
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 portions of white fish fillet
  • ¼ oil
  • A little dill, a little mustard
  • Salt Pepper

Preparation

  • Chop the peanuts, pass the breadcrumbs through a blender and put them in a large bowl. Add half a teaspoon of dill and half a teaspoon of mustard.
  • In another bowl beat the egg
  • Put the flour and some salt and pepper in another.
  • Season the fish with salt and pepper and pass them in the order of flour, egg, peanut-breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in sunflower oil or bake in a preheated oven at 200 Co for 15 minutes
  • Serve with steamed spinach (slightly boiled with a clove of garlic)
